Refund policy

All items in our shop are final sale. Should your flower arrangement be dead within 1 day, please send an email to amelia@birchandbone.com Refunds are handled on a case by case basis, at our discretion. Your items are perishable and you should expect a shelf life of 3-5 days, sometimes longer depending on the blooms selected. Please note that ALL FRESH FLOWERS require water to survive. Please make sure to add water daily and keep away from heat and sunlight.
