Delivery FAQ: Birch&Bone delivers Tuesday-Friday, between 10:30am- 5pm. 

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but, if requested- we can offer 3 hour windows for when to expect your flowers! We require the recipients cell phone number for all deliveries, so that our driver can text them when en route, and upon arrival.

If the recipient is not home, we will leave it at the door and let you know. OR we can redeliver the next day for an additional delivery fee of $25- so please make sure that the recipient is generally available!

In order to procure the freshest flowers possible, we do require 48 hours notice for all orders. You can always email us to see if we can accommodate your request sooner than that, we always try our hardest!
